Harmony 885 nicht mehr synchronisierbar

Hallo erstmal.
Meine 885 zeigt im Display neuerdings nur noch das Laptop-Symbol mit "myharmony.com" an und ist nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Schließe ich sie an den Rechner an, wird sie garnicht erst erkannt. Die Harmony Software ist aktuell (7.8.1) und einen Neustart (>10s OFF gedrückt halten) habe ich auch schon probiert. Ebenfalls den Akku abgetrennt und wieder zurück. Alles ohne Erfolg..."myharmony.com" wird ständig angezeigt.

Losgehen und eine neue besorgen oder was ist hier die Lösung? Bin genervt alle drei Jahre ne neue Harmony kaufen zu müssen obwohl ich sie nur 2-3x/Woche nutze.

Die Harmony Software ist aktuell (7.8.1) ...

7.8.1 bedeutet, Du hast eine MAC, richtig?
Wenn "ja", gibt's da für Mac OS El Capitan einen Workaround, damit die Harmony erkannt wird:

The workaround is to disable this protection feature, update your remote, then enable the protection again.

1. Reboot your Mac in recovery mode (press and maintain Cmd + R at reboot)
2. Open the Terminal app in the utilities menu
3. Type the following command and hit enter : csrutil disable
4. Reboot your Mac, it should now work

Warning : when you're done with updating your remote, do the same but use the command : csrutil enable

Trag bitte in Deinem Profil unter "Software" PC-Software 7.7.0 ein, denn MyHarmony läuft nicht mit der 885.
